Higher Education study materials
DeakinPrime deliver study materials to all students enrolled in our programs. These materials are designed specifically for distance education. Students should receive their materials prior to the commencement of your course.
Refer to your student guide for further information on dates of commencement and delivery of study materials.
If any of your study materials have not been delivered prior to the commencement of the study period please contact DeakinPrime Customer Service on 1800 555 709 or customerservice@deakinprime.com and they will ensure a new pack is sent to you as a matter of urgency.

If any of your study materials have not been delivered prior to the commencement of the unit please contact the DeakinPrime VET Administrator immediately on 03 9918 9000 or email VETSystems@deakinprime.com
If you have received your study material and there are missing or damaged components please follow the instructions on the DeakinPrime Despatch List – i.e. tick the appropriate box on the despatch list form and fax it to DeakinPrime Customer Service (03) 5227 3221 or alternatively, contact Customer Service by phone 1800 555 709, or e-mail customerservice@deakinprime.com.
