Chief Executive Officer

Kean works with client organisations at a strategic level to assist in developing their concepts about – and practice of – corporate education and development. He is also responsible for advancing DeakinPrime in a way that meets the current and emerging needs of our client organisations.

Angie is responsible for new business development, collaborative development with Deakin’s faculties, solutions consulting and market communications.

Jules is responsible for DeakinPrime’s Financial Services and Compliance function, and DeakinPrime’s largest client - CPA Australia.

Penny is a skilled Learning and Development professional with experience in the design, development and delivery of corporate learning and development.

Elizabeth (Liz) Lor
Principal Consultant

Liz has extensive experience in the field of learning, having managed training businesses in international education and having worked as a consultant with a large American training organisation. Liz enjoys the challenge of meeting the client's needs and finding solutions that link back to organisational strategy.

Principal Consultant

Val is an experienced consultant who has worked in the field of education and training in both public and corporate sector for a number of years. Much of Val's professional practice has been around leadership and management development.

Kelly is a learning and development professional with extensive experience and qualifications in education and business. She has worked in consulting and education environments, both in Australia and overseas.

Colin Boldra
Client Portfolio Director

Colin has extensive experience in creating organisational capability solutions through culturally focused personal and professional development programs. Colin's efficient and effective application of complex solutions has been key to DeakinPrime's success in implementing the first federal government department alliance institute with the DMO Institute.

Keith combines a teaching and management background to lead DeakinPrime's CPA Program team, which provides instructional design, editorial and other educational consultancy to CPA Australia, together with comprehensive production services for distance education study materials and professional licentiate examinations.

Liz is responsible for managing the partnership between DeakinPrime and Coles Group, Australia’s largest private sector employer.

Alliance Director

Griz has over 16 years experience in the learning and development field working in both the public and private sectors. During her career, she has worked as a facilitator, training manager and state manager of various training organisations all contributing to her expertise in the business skills and professional development fields.
